Client
#2:
I was motivated to make change, to take action,
and my coach played a role in that.
I listened to my coach, and then I said, “This is possible.”
Then I had a chat with myself and said, “let’s get busy and do
it.” I actually did
something. I created a
presentation and delivered it. Achieving
the goal of creating and then presenting my program has truly boosted my
energy to move on, to do more, to do better quality, to improve.
Client
#3:
I shifted from
“doing” to “being”. I
became someone that I wanted to be, someone who was completely at
choice. I am in control of my life and of the choices I make.
My life is so much better, more balanced.
I’m a happier person. I
function better in my interpersonal relationships, and have more fun.
I take time to take care of myself, so I feel physically better.
I enjoy life so much more, and I’m more productive in my career
without more time spent.
Client
#5:
Coaching
heightened my conscious awareness . . . awareness of all the
possibilities around me. I
used the heightened conscious awareness of internal and external forces
that support your natural abilities and talents for fulfilling life.
The quality of my relationships with my friends and family
changed dramatically, because I became more at peace with myself.
Client
#6:
My coach
helped me find my own path. The
biggest change is in my self-confidence that permeates everything I do.
Client
#8:
As a
result of coaching, changes have occurred in all areas of my life.
I clarified my values. I
learned about how I perceive myself, how I perceive the universe, and
what we are here for. I’m
more relaxed and happy with what I do, and I’m fulfilling my goals.
I know I can choose my response to things, rather than rely on a
triggered automatic response that is not necessarily best for me.
I have higher standards for myself and for my business.
I now perceive situations differently than I used to.
I take a step back and try not to take things personally. I try to look at the situation as an observer.
Because of that, I feel stronger as a person, and can communicate
my awareness and observations to others.
Client
#9: I have a
different way of looking at life now.
I seem to be more tuned in.
Client
#12:
Because of the coaching experience, I was able to move my business
forward, focus on my values, and really have a plan.
I know I have a path to follow, and I make decisions based on my
values and what I believe. A
coach helps you pull from deep inside, motivates, challenges, and
congratulates for a job well done.
Now I am experiencing success in my business and happiness in my
life.
Client
#13:
My coach and I talked about my values and purpose in life.
When my career isn’t in line with my purpose in life, things
aren’t in sync. I have re-evaluated what is important. I try to be
clear on my values and purpose, keep my work every day in line with my
values, and make decisions based on that.
I have a different outlook now, and I’m in a totally different
place.
Client
#14:
As
a result of the coaching experience, I feel more comfortable with my
life, and I’m happy with the direction that my work and professional
life are going.
Client
#15:
The coaching experience had an amazing effect on me. I realized that I
could achieve my business goals easily, and that I could do it in other
venues. No longer do I fear that I can’t accomplish goals, and this
gives me a greater sense of control over my life.
It has opened my eyes. I
finally learned that there are people like my coach and Coach U that
have put in place systems for us to use to improve our lives on many
different levels. So many
people go through their lives drudgingly, routinely, and don’t
experience the growth that is available to them.
Client
#16:
I became clearer about who I am and that it is O.K. to be different.
It’s like a mental dawning, and it feels really powerful.
I sat at a job I didn’t like in Corporate America for ten
years. With coaching, it
took me six to eight months to get to where I want to be.
It’s like a miracle. I’m
happier. I’m a better person, friend and sister. I’m more patient. I
have a greater understanding of others and more self-confidence in what
I do as a living.
Client
#17:
I used to be a workaholic. I
was work, work, work. Now,
I see that it is being balanced, working effectively and using your head
that is going to get you there. I
learned that it’s all linked together, and you have to take care of
other things in life that are draining your energy so you can focus in
life.
Client
#18:
My original goals were to reduce stress and increase my efficacy and
efficiency. But my goals
changed profoundly as I realized this was a much richer process.
It was about understanding who I was, from my values on up.
I did decrease stress, but I attained a high level of personal
wellness as well. I became
clear who I am and what my purposes are. Coaching has profoundly changed every aspect of my life,
every role I play including wife, mom, business partner, and friend.
I feel so enriched.
Client
#19:
With coaching I attained my business goals, but I also now have a
greater sense of control in my life.
It expanded to all areas of my life - - emotionally, physically,
financially, and spiritually.
Client
#20:
I have
experienced huge changes and outcomes as a result of coaching.
I started my new business, and I moved from there to focusing on
my personal life and my family life.
I am more personally and professionally fulfilled than I have
ever been at any other time in my life.
I used to achieve my success by rolling up my sleeves, working
hard, and having willpower. Now,
I pursue things from joy and enthusiasm, because I am more at choice
than I was before. We are
so capable of getting and achieving what we put our minds to.
It is just a matter of getting clear on what those are, and
taking the steps it takes to get there.
Client
#21: Coaching
helped me to know that I don’t have to settle for the situation I’m
in. I’ve worked in
factories, I’ve been a cop in the Air Force, and now, I’m in radio
broadcasting. I now know to keep the ultimate goal in mind, and that is
happiness. I now understand
love, and love is a wonderful thing.
Client
#22:
I needed a coach. It’s
like when you’re running a marathon, you can have the will, the
determination, and you are running and running until your chest hurts.
You’re working hard, and you know the finish line is coming,
but it helps having that extra person on the sidelines yelling at you
saying, “Go, go, go!” That person helped me look at big picture, and single out
that one thing that makes it right for you - - what your purpose is.
I wanted fulfillment in my work, and to be a happy person.
I am creating a life where there was time for me in it, where I
experienced life in all its beauty.
It is a constant juggle and you have that one thing that glues it
all together. That one thing is a deep sense of purpose.
Client
#23:
Coaching helped
me learn that there is more to life than a career. I’ve learned the inter-relational purpose to life, that
satisfaction really comes from within, and that it is not always the
outward things. Awareness and acceptance is the key.
Accepting my own strengths and weaknesses and those of others.
When I was unsatisfied with life, I looked into therapy as an
answer. That didn’t help.
But coaching did. With
coaching, I became more comfortable with myself.
I have flaws, but it is O.K. not to be perfect. You just
acknowledge it and work with it.
Client
#26:
You take care of the soulfulness of your life by having a coach.
We’re all caught up in the “speed of life”. I’m a workaholic, a driven person. The coaching experience forced me to ask what I’m doing for
myself, for my family, and to keep a balance.
It is about the whole person.
